Our guest this week is Martin Rooney, founder of Training For Warrior and host of the Into the Roar podcast. He is an internationally recognized trainer, speaker, author and pioneer of strength and conditioning.

He has written eight books including “The Book of 5 Things,” “Rooney’s Rules” and “Train to Win."

He's here to discuss how to react, respond and recover to debilitating situations in sales and life. When we spoke, he was dealing with a physical injury that required major rehab and recovery. The experience changed the way Martin thinks about the psychology of recovery and he's eager to share.
