In this episode of The Sell or Die Podcast, we’re discussing the difference between scrambling and rushing, and how scrambling to get your daily tasks done can actually be a good thing. Most people think of scrambling as a negative thing, but it doesn’t have to be negative. Scrambling might mean that you have a lot to get done, but you’re still doing it in a controlled manner. In the episode, we’ll show you how to stop rushing so you can actually get MORE done.

Points we will discuss include:

  • Scrambling vs rushing
  • The importance of prioritizing

You don’t need to rush if you are organized and in control. We encourage you to always prioritize and stay on top of what you need to get done. Then you won’t end up in overwhelming situations!

In episode 549 The Sell or Die Podcast, we’re talking about how to recover from mistakes in business. No matter how hard you work or how careful you are, it’s inevitable: things will go wrong. It’s not about avoiding mistakes; it’s about what to do when they happen. In the episode, we’ll show you what you can do when things go wrong in business AND still create a relationship with the customer that sets up the potential for the next sale.

Points we discuss include:

  • Jen’s real-life example of what to do when things go wrong
  • Recovery plus one

People will pay more attention to how you recover from mistakes than the mistake itself. Don’t make it worse by blaming and avoiding responsibility. Instead, take ownership and take action to build relationships.

Be sure to listen to all of episode 549 for all the details!
